To empower middle school girls in Atlanta area through a structured, nurturing 7-week program that builds confidence, emotional intelligence, communication skills, leadership capacity, and essential life skills — equipping them to thrive in school, relationships, and beyond.
Our Vision
A world where every girl steps into adolescence knowing her worth, owning her voice, and leading with purpose. We envision a generation of young women who are not waiting to be chosen — they are choosing themselves. Through this powerful program, SHE can Become. SHE will Become. We are dedicating our time to service 12 schools this upcoming academic year.

Charm Girls Leadership Academy™ was founded by a passionate Board Certified Christian Counselor, Certified Etiquette Consultant who also holds a B.A in Psychology from Life University, Marietta, GA --and mentor who witnessed firsthand the critical gap in support for middle school girls during their most formative years. She saw bright, capable young women shrinking — not because they lacked potential, but because no one had given them the tools, language, or space to rise.
Drawing on years of experience in education, youth development, and personal empowerment, she created a program that goes beyond the classroom — one that meets girls where they are and walks with them toward who they're meant to be.
Based in Alpharetta, GA, Charm Girls Leadership Academy is more than a program. It's a promise — that every girl who walks through our doors will leave knowing her crown was never lost. It was always hers. She can Become. She will Become.
